WORK AND PLAY, AWAY
The Offsite started as a project in the autumn of 2020, when, as you know, most people had been working from home, alone in their bedrooms or home offices for way too long.
After hosting 13 coliving trips around the world, from Sweden to Mexico and everywhere in between, we also started organising travel experiences that we named OFFSITE OFF, as our laptops stay behind and we enjoy being OFF for a while. We go on an adventure, discovering a foreign country with a new group of friends. Laughter and deep connection assured!
WHO’S HOSTING?
It’s me Lavinia :) I have a passion for creating these experiences for you, meeting you all, getting to know your life stories and dreams, and more importantly I love seeing a group of strangers becoming a new family!
It is my great honour to host on each trip, a unique group of remote workers, fun seekers, conversation havers and friend makers, all looking to re-address the balance between work and play. I love finding unique ways and places to spend your downtime whilst seamlessly allowing Offsiters to engage, try out new things and expand.
I’ve been travelling the world full time, as what you call a digital nomad since 2019, and have loved exploring the world way before that ;)
I loooove the ocean, as you may have noticed most of our trips are close to the ocean, now you know why :) But honestly what’s better for productivity and overall wellbeing than waking up with a surf session, witnessing a sunrise by the beach, enjoying a midday swim or sharing a sunset with friends on the shore?!

So glad I decided to join! Just spent the best 10 days in an incredible country with the most loving and crazy people. All of this while being productive and having the chance to work each day from the best coworking spaces with the best people! I wanted to join the Offsite to meet like-minded people who work remotely since it can be a bit lonely working from home all the time... and coming together with Lavinia and other people who wanted the same was just a lot of fun, we did so much together! I'm very sad the week is over, it flew by!
