Hi, I’m Lavinia!
A digital nomad since 2019 and a lifelong explorer, I’m passionate about curating unforgettable experiences and connecting with amazing people like you. I love seeing strangers come together and leave as a new family.

Working alone from home can make us feel disconnected from the wide world around us. That’s why I started The Offsite in 2020—as an antidote to the isolation of remote work. While I’m no longer hosting every trip, I’m dedicated to designing adventures that inspire connection, exploration, and growth.

Oh, and I absolutely adore the ocean! Many of our trips are near it, because what’s better for productivity and wellbeing than surfing at sunrise, midday swims, or sunset chats by the beach?

Hi, I’m Alexa!
I’ve been a digital nomad for over 5.5 years, traveling to more than 55 countries and embracing the adventure of living and working on the road. From solo backpacking trips in Latin America to diving into vibrant communities in Southeast Asia, travel has shaped who I am and taught me the power of connection.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where work and exploration come together, inspiring meaningful connections along the way.

When I’m not planning our next adventure, you’ll probably find me scouting out hidden gems, dreaming of my next swim into the ocean, or plotting how to visit the thousands of want to go stars on my Google Maps!

Hi, it’s Nora!
I first met Lavinia in July, on a boat in Indonesia heading to a surf spot. After hearing her story and learning about the incredible trips she organizes, I was hooked—and I've been working with her ever since.

Through my travels, I've met incredible people and formed lasting connections, which is why I'm passionate about creating special experiences that bring others together. And a good cry with new friends after surfing, because you didn’t catch any waves that day, is definitely a good way to do so!

I love being able to combine work with adventure, which is one of the reasons I’m excited to be part of this team, creating experiences that balance both work and adventure.

Hi, I’m Natalie!
Born and raised in South Africa, where adventure and chaos is practically a way of life, I’ve always been curious about the world. I finished my degree in 2024 and am now I’m attempting to craft a life working online to chase my dream of combining work with travel.

I’ll admit—my international travel resume is still in its early days, with just a few European countries under my belt. But exploring every nook and cranny of South Africa never disappoints.

Joining The Offsite feels like the perfect adventure—connecting with inspiring people, building community, and creating experiences that stay with you long after the journey ends. If you couldn’t already tell, I’m beyond excited to be apart of this team.
