The Offsite started as a project in the autumn of 2020, when, as you know, most people had been working from home, alone in their bedrooms for way too long.

I thought maybe ‘Working From Home’ doesn’t actually have to be at ‘home’? I took this opportunity to organise a two-week ‘workation’ in Lisbon for remote workers. This trip ended up being extended due to its success and we eventually stayed for 5 weeks! We LOVED this coliving experience! We realised we were all more productive than at home, and it was great meeting new people, networking, and trying new things all whilst enjoying warmer climates and stunning new places. And just like that, THE OFFSITE was born! Gathering fun, like-minded people in different locations, working during the day and exploring our new homes during our free time, going on adventures and having a great time while being part of an amazing community!
