LOCATION

We have secured a beautiful surf house located in the vibrant village of Tamraght, a short drive from Taghazout. Tamraght is a digital nomad hub and has plenty of cute cafés, nearby surf spots and coworking spaces. Get familiar with the area by checking out our blog post and guide.

TRANSPORTATION

The closest airport is Agadir Airport. Airport transfers available for €30 per way (Agadir airport to our house). Please respond to our email if you would like to include this is your package.

Meals:

Breakfast in included for all guests. Lunch is often on your own schedule and then we try to have dinner together, either cooking together at the house or heading out to a local restaurant. It all depends on what your group wants to do! There are so many good cheap restaurant options all around 4-10€ per meal. There is a kitchen available if you prefer to cook yourself! Here’s a list of some of our favorite place.

In The House:

While The Offsite team and house staff make it possible for this trip to take place, we all come together as a community during each trip. Everyone does his/her share in the house. This is a trip based around coliving and creating a little tight knit community with friends and not an all-catered trip.

 FAQs

 

  • If you want to have more privacy you can book a whole room for yourself. This comes at a premium price. Talk to us for more information.

  • Each Offsite is different, if the location offers the possibility, people enjoy grabbing a quick lunch in town/by the beach. We usually take turns in going grocery shopping for the house, in order to have food at home for those who want to cook. Dinners we like to cook all together. Sometimes, we also end up going out for dinner in town.

    We share the grocery cost for lunch and dinner between all of us, on a cost-splitting app that we use throughout our trip.

  • Unfortunately not, due to our fixed costs each week we ideally need you to commit for a full week. You can, however, decide to come just for a few days, but you’d have to pay for a full week.

    For the group dynamic, we prefer if people stay for at least a week.

  • Yeah! Each house we stay in is different and offers varying workspaces. We make sure each house has a main working space and is that this space remains a quiet area, where people can take calls and won’t be disturbed by any noise. If you need a private quiet room we always try to arrange for that in a bedroom or locally at a co-working space. Usually, we have houses with desks in the bedrooms to be able to take private meetings from there too. We will always do our best to accommodate everyone’s working needs.

  • Yes, we always have very strong internet for you to work from!

  • Many Offsiters have ended up extending their trips in the past!

    You can of course extend, given that we’re not fully booked!

  • Yes, of course. We’ve had many students joining in the past. This trip is for anyone that is working/studying from home and wants a change of scenery.

    You are also welcome to join us if you just want to be part of the trip. Maybe you are looking for a new job? The Offsite is great for networking and meeting new people working in all kinds of sectors. Who knows you may find your next job when you are away with us :)

  • This is really location-dependent of course, and if you’re attending a holiday week or work trip.

    Usually, we tend to eat out a few times per week, so the price will vary depending on what you eat and how much you drink.

    We have you download a cost-sharing app at the beginning of the week, where we all write down our expenses for the group/house (water, grocery, gas), and we then share it at the end of the trip.

    To sum this up, it is hard for us to give you a specific budget, as it really depends on you and your spending habits.
